Come To Me, My Love
Author: Gabor Timis – Copyright 2012
Come, my love, come to my side,
come to bed now,
leave the cruel world outside.
It is warm, it is safe with me,
sleep tight and dream,
rest well, tomorrow better shall be.
I’ll stay with you and hug you.
Take my hand, my dear,
release your stress, I love you.
Just wrap your body around mine,
forget the worldly worries,
and then it will be all fine.
This poem illustrates the need for relaxation, for disgarding the daily, routine, worries in order to regenerate one’s life energy and vitality. The loving heart feels the desire to reach out and caress the partner with comforting warmth and peacefulness.
